Thank you very much all for a very pleasant stay for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the location close enough to the mountains, it was very central. Had tea and goodies at Caffe Lago, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The breakfast was generous with English tea, and all the food was good.

The restaurant here was small for dinner, but we ordered amazing dishes; the hotel itself was lovely, little, bright, and in a very central location.

Large comfortable room with large balcony. Pleasant indoor pool.Good location near boats to the islands and a 15 minute stroll into Stresa. Pleasant and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the dining room on one occasion, adequate nothing special though staff very attentive.
Breakfast left a great deal to be desired. The walls are quite thin...the coach driver in the room next to ours liked his television!

The staff are really nice and the hotel is well located for the cable car and Borromee Isles.
No ventilation to the bathroom made the room a little damp. Very small pool. A bit out of the action in it's location. We booked it at rack rate 110 euros which was much too expensive for this hotel. It would be good if you could get it on promotion for 70 / 80 euros.

My stay at this charming hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, right by the ferry port and gondola station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl at reception with dark curly hair.
The morning meal could be improved with a better selection.
